Manufacturing processes in production are as individual as our fingerprints and DNA. Therefore, the probability that you are wasting unused potential is also very high.
GRP has recognized this fact. Therefore, in a joint GRP workshop, we analyze your current processes and identify your optimization potential. You will receive tips and tricks on how to increase your efficiency and reduce your costs in the long term. You will also learn which simple options you can use to increase your transparency across the entire store floor.
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to identify and exploit your untapped potential. Savings of at least 10% are then just the beginning.
On-site workshops can be ordered for one or more days. GRP staff will then conduct on-site training with your employees on the software module you have ordered.
The training is individually adapted to your needs. In the run-up we identify the essential requirements together with you. At the beginning of the training, the general functionalities of the software module are presented and, based on these, the more specific questions are answered. Depending on your wishes, different user groups (e.g. operator, person responsible for PDA, production manager, etc.) can receive separate briefings on the software module.
Your advantage is that we can show you how it works on your GRP system and you can use the findings directly to improve your work processes.
In addition to on-site workshops, we also offer you the option of online training. For this purpose, the essential training topics will be discussed with you in advance and you will receive the contents from a GRP employee in Aachen via a remote connection. You can choose whether the training is to be carried out on a demo system or on your productive system.
Your advantage is that you can organize the training flexibly and that time durations are suitable for you, since no travel by a GRP employee is required.
