Novelties and innovations at GRP!
In the past, experience and gut feeling lead to the right solutions. Today and in the future, KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) are deciding over the success of a decision. These come from the processes which gain their input from the sensors or the production resources. Innovations within GRP are developed in cooperation with our customers and with the excellence of the RWTH Aachen.
Personnel Deployment Planning (PEP) offers you the possibility to schedule personnel on machines, taking into account all the additional conditions, such as holidays, absences and more.
With the additional modules shift planning and holiday planning, you can improve the overview of the available personnel and thus enable the planning to anticipate bottlenecks at an early stage. The personnel deployment planning is developed as a web application and requires no local installation on the local clients.
With the GRP Cockpit, all user-defined evaluations of the hall diagram are available to you on a web-based basis. This application, together with the personnel deployment planning, represents the new and modern design of GRP.
We would be glad to provide you with an online demonstration of this module.
Lineside Inventory Management manages smaller storage areas, which are located directly next to the production facilities and serve as a storage area for semi-finished products.
This module serves as the basis for the traceability concept for tracking batches.
View your MES evaluations at any time and place: With the help of the GRP app you are able to display OEE numbers of your current production on your mobile devices.
This means that you are always informed at an early stage and make your decisions on the basis of sound data. GRP-Mobil represents the novelty among the innovations.
Description of the GRP mobile app
“The new, easy to use, multilingual web interface for our production areas has greatly increased the acceptance of a MES system by our employees.
With the collected data we have achieved transparency and comparability in production – across multiple departments and plants.”
